It's also easy to push and feels solid when you're navigating kerbs and woodland paths. It's also a breeze to fold.
1. Babyzen YOYO2
The Babyzen YOYO2 has earned its reputation for being the ultimate lightweight stroller, both for urban dwellers as well as jet-setters. Evenflo Pivot Xplore stroller wagon is an excellent choice for parents looking for an adaptable stroller. It can be converted from a stroller to a wagon by simply turning the handle, meaning parents can select which mode they prefer on their adventure. The wagon can accommodate one or two children from 6 months to 5 years old. It comes with a large storage basket that can hold all your necessities on the go.
The Xplore also features dual canopies that rotate from front to back, providing ample sun protection for all family members. It has a smaller footwell than other wagons. This may not be suitable for long journeys or napping.
The frame of the Xplore wagon feels solid and sturdy however, it isn't able to bend like other wagons we have tried. It is also more difficult than other wagons to fold and it isn't able to lock securely once folded. It is easy to maneuver however, and it can fit through narrow 28-inch doors.
3. Delta Children LX Side by Side
This Delta Children bare-bones travel stroller is a great option for parents seeking a second stroller that is affordable. It scored highly in our Strollers and Multiples Test for its weight and folded dimensions, meaning it is lightweight, compact when folded, and easy to carry and put in a trunk for your car. It also has an adjustable recline seat that can be adjusted in multiple positions and a cup holder for the parent. Other key features include 360-degree shock absorbing front wheels and two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling.
In our push and turn test it performed better than most of the other Cheap single buggy with buggy board pushchair (https://welnesbiolabs.com/) strollers we tried, but it's not the easiest to maneuver on uneven terrain or through narrow doors. Its sunshades were among the tiniest of strollers we test. They only cover the top, and do not have peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have larger canopy sizes.
It took us just under 3 minutes to assemble the Delta with a standard manual. All of the components required tools. However, it is missing certain essential features we believe you should not compromise on in a double stroller, such as an extra-large basket, and reclining seats with adjustable leg rests.

The Zelia is the latest model in Maxi-Cosi's range of pushchairs and is described as an urban travel system. It is designed to accommodate babies from birth to approximately 3.5 years, converting easily between a seat and a carrycot by just a few clicks. It can be used with Maxi-Cosi capsule car seats and comes complete with the lightweight Mico 30 infant car seat, a stay-in-car base, and a reversible car.
The seat reclines with one hand, and the large shopping basket makes it simple for parents to get their child in and out. Although it is narrow, the pushchair handled the bumps of everyday life well and went through doorways without fuss.
The front wheels can be locked in a forward position or allow them to rotate which can be helpful when crossing rough terrain. When we walked through the stony trail, we let them move and it did this quite well although it did seem more bumpy than the other models in our test.
5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2
Baby Jogger is most well-known for its 3-wheeled all-terrain jogging strollers. However, they also make a broad range of 4-wheeler pushchairs. City Tour 2 is their most popular model. It is simple to use and folds small enough to fit into a car boot even with the carrycot attached.
It is heavier than the other strollers we tried, but because it comes with rubber composite wheels it feels sturdy and well-made. It is able to maneuver effortlessly across all types of terrain. It's easy to carry, even when loaded with two children and shopping bags.
Both the carrycot and seat have hoods that can be removed to reveal UV50and sun canopy extensions. They are sturdy and waterproof, in contrast to other hoods for prams, which can be blown back onto toddlers' faces.
It's not a lot of storage space, but it does have a large basket deep enough to accommodate a changing bag or plenty of food. You can also use it with a Baby Jogger car seat that is suitable for babies who weigh 20 pounds or less (car seat and adapters are sold separately). If you are looking for a stroller that can be taken on the road, the City Tour 2 is an excellent choice.
6. Nuna Mixx Next
Nuna Mixx was a stroller that captured the hearts of many parents when it first appeared. It's an aluminium framed stroller that will see you through your baby's early days and beyond. It's got a lot of standout features, such as the capacity of the seat to be turned between the front facing parent and the outside and a huge UPF50+ canopy with a flip-out eyeshade, and an adjustable handlebar.
The chassis has a built-in suspension system which reduces the impact of bumpy terrain. The wheels are made from tough foam and minimise punctures. It was easy to push and our tester was able to maneuver the car through narrow streets.
It locks automatically and folds in just four steps. It also stands and can be rolled around for easier transportation in the trunk of your car or down the stairs at home. The travel system comes included with the option of adding an additional car seat or carrycot using the adaptors that are included. The brakes are a single action and are colour coded. They also are compatible with flip-flops.
7. Babyzen Duet
This budget pushchair is easy to use and comes with a great dual suspension. It folds using just one hand, and comes with a handy carrying strap. It's also light and durable. The seat can be reclined in various positions. It also has a built-in double breathable mattress that's suitable from birth.
The canopy/seat has two extra-large fixed or flip out sun visors. Both are UPF50+. However the toggle closure isn't ideal it's not as quiet as Velcro and could wake sleepy babies.
The Duet is a side-by-side stroller and can be configured to accommodate twins or siblings (up to 22kg maximum per seat). It is compatible with two infant car seats and can be used with carrycots. In twin mode, the seats can be set so that they face each one. They can also be oriented towards the parents. This will help lessen sibling fights about who sits with mom and dad. It comes with a massive bottle holder, a gear tray, snack trays and a change mat. It also comes with an automatic frame lock and a superior compact fold.
8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2
The Thule Urban Glide 2 is a jogger that's ideal for parents who love to be active. It is one of the lightest strollers for running that you can buy your child. It also comes with excellent safety features, including a 5-point safety harness and wrist safety strap. It also has a twist hand brake that's different from the lever type found on competing models.
The seat is well-padded and has plenty of room to sit, but the seat's depth is lower than other joggers we've tested (it's approximately 10"). The storage bin comes with a zippered cover to help keep items secure. It can hold up to 10 pounds, which is enough for the majority of diaper bags.
The Urban Glide 2 doesn't come with adapters that will fit the majority of bassinets and infant car seats however, you can use them from the very first day with adapters that fit brands such as BOB, Graco Combi Evenflo Britax UPPAbaby. It's easy to fold and put together within 5-10 minutes, without tools. The instruction manual is easy to understand and includes multiple languages.
