It takes about 4:30 minutes from the moment you open the box until it is ready to roll and there are no tools required for the two-step process of attaching the canopy and wheels.

This stroller is great for those with small automobiles, or who need to fold it down and store it easily in the trunk or backseat. It is also suitable for use for public transportation, such as buses and shuttles.
This stroller has a decent amount of storage space, including a large, deep and zippered storage bin, a child tray and a console for parents with two cup holders. It has plenty of leg and head space for children, and it also comes with a toddler-facing bench seat that can be converted to the stand-and-sneeze option. The only issue is that the toddler-facing bench is quite narrow and does not offer much space for your child to move within.
Another issue is that the Kolcraft Cloud Plus is a bit difficult to maneuver on uneven surfaces. It can be a challenge to push straight and then veers to one side frequently. It's not the worst stroller that I've ever tested, but it's also not the most comfortable. The handle is also a bit low, at 37.5 inches away from the standard positioning for pushing. This could be uncomfortable for parents who have back issues. However, the stroller is very light and can be easily maneuvered once it is collapsed. The instructions are simple to follow and it is easy to assemble. The wheels can be replaced should they need to be replaced or break.

Comparing the Libelle to the GB Pockit Plus requires fewer steps to open and close. It has a larger basket and is also simpler to push. It's not the best choice for more rugged terrain however, it's suitable for the majority of people. It has a decent sunshade, and is extremely easy to clean.
